DIRECTIONS: For topical (on skin) use, carefully dilute a maximum of 5% Muscle Zen™ oil with a carrier oil or lotion prior to use. Apply dilution to desired areas prone to tension (hands, shoulders, back, etc.) for a soothing massage.

Say Goodbye to Stiffness
I've just started using Muscle Zen™ by Now Essential Oils specifically for my arthritis, and it has been a helpful addition to my wellness routine. The blend has a calming scent that adds a therapeutic touch to my self-care moments. When I massage it onto the affected areas, it provides a sense of relief and relaxation to stiff or achy joints. While it’s not a cure, it complements other remedies well and supports comfort naturally. Mix a few drops of the essential oil with 1–2 tablespoons of the carrier oil before application to dilute it properly and avoid skin irritation. I used the sweet almond oil.

A great multi-purpose oil
I love the Now essentials oils because of the scent throw, ingredients and the multi-use capabilities of many of the oils. This Muscle Zen blend is great to use in a diffuser or topical use for aches and pains.
