I'm not sure how they can call this a universal shad when I would put it in the brown to dark brown colour category, which happens to work well for me. I found this product to be too waxy of a formula for me. I personally like a dryer formula so as to not apply to much a one time. This unfortunately is not the case, it does stick your brows down which can be eased a little with the help of a spooly, but it also does not stay in place, if I touched my brows at all it would smudge everywhere. Also because of the waxy formula I ended up using this pencil up in about 2-3 weeks with daily use, that is just to fast for my liking.

I recieved this in one of my monthly beauty box subscriptions. It is perfect for filling in bare areas of your eyebrows. I prefer this style of eyebrow pencil because it doesn't smear like some types. Overall good product.

I received this in my ipsy bag. It's supposedly a 'universal' eyebrow pencil but it's not a great match for many eyebrows. It's just an okay match for my brows. I find it a bit too light. I have used it as an eyeliner and it's okay for that purpose. The pencil has great pigmentation and it is long lasting. Glides on smoothly. Doesn't crumble. I'd repurchase in a color closer to what I feel I need.

So...I used this as an eyeliner, as I don't usually do much to my eyebrows.

It actually was quite effective and easy to apply.
