Gets me through my busy days!

I take this daily in the Am with my breakfast. After about a week I began to notice that I wasn't feeling as frustrated or overwhelmed. Especially around dinner time when my normal everyday energy crash would happen. I still take it daily and feel it makes a difference for sure.
