I opened the bottle, and this super sweet aroma - lemon cake - flew into my nose. I poured the suggested teaspoon amount onto a spoon. I sipped a bit off the spoon, and it didn't taste fishy at all. It seemed light and tasted just like a lemon cake would. However I did made a fatal mistake of mixing it with water, and obviously water and oil is not miscible, so I basically ended up extracting the lemon extract leaving a fishy taste. Don't mix with anything liquid. Important to take by its own.
The product did meet the promised claim.
I would definitely purchase and recommend to friends and family.
