These really work! Each year I get at least one sinus infection and a cold every season. And when I get sick, it often goes into my chest, and I get bronchitis. Treatments, inhalers, antibiotics... I have infectious asthma (I get asthma symptoms only when I come down with something), so it's rather miserable.

I honestly didn't expect much out of a gummy vitamin. It was the only one I had tried because it was the only one that didn't have fake sugars. It said "immunity support" on the bottle, so it was more like a "eh, whatever... Why not" than a real expectation it would do anything.

I was so wrong. I've been taking these for 2 and a half years now and I have not gotten sick. I mean, the one time I did get sick was because I my budget was too tight to buy them at one point and then I kept forgetting for about 3 mounths- then the cold damp weather hit again, only this time I found myself get sick and relized it was because I hadn't been taking them! I started up again, and now another half a year later, and still I'm well! The last time I remember not getting sick for 6 whole months was early middle school. And I'm in my mid 20s. I'm still astonished.
