Thank you ChickAdvisor! I had the wonderful opportunity to test this new Oral-B Pulsonic electric toothbrush and give my opinion. I have tried other electric toothbrushes in the past and they honestly are not even a close comparison to this product. This toothbrush was as close that I have ever come to having a dental cleaning of my teeth without going to the dentist. They warned of bleeding gums for the first little bit, however I did not experience this. The 2 settings, clean for teeth, and sensitive for your gums and tongue are an awesome feature. I love the size of the brush head, it was extremely easy to get to the "hard to reach" places. The price point is higher than the Colgate toothbrush that you have to replace batteries in however like I mentioned earlier you honestly do get what you pay for. I found the price of this product very reasonable and I think it would pay for itself in less visits to the dentist. It also comes with a precision brush head which is an awesome feature. It came fully charged and ready to use which was also very convenient. I would HIGHLY recommend this Oral-B pulsonic toothbrush to everyone and I will certainly be giving it as a gift. I was fortunate enough to be selected to test and review this product by Chick Advisor – first and foremost, thank you so much Chick Advisor and Oral B for this opportunity, as I would never have had the opportunity to try this product otherwise.

As soon as I opened the package, I was instantaneously drawn to the sleek and simple design of the Oral B power toothbrush – it’s very lightweight and manoeuvrable. Holding it is as simple as with a manual toothbrush (although it is a touch heavier, you easily become adapted to this with a few uses), and the cleaning head is the exact right size that one would want it to be to target all the hard-to-reach areas (i.e. behind the mouth). I am not the biggest fan of the precision tip given the roughness of the bristles, but I am becoming accustomed to it over time and know that they play a key role in a good cleaning job.

The toothbrush allows you to select a “clean” or “sensitive” mode. I personally find the vibrations while on the “clean” mode a bit too strong for me, so I have stuck with the “sensitive” mode and find it to work absolutely fantastic. I have only been using the toothbrush for less than two weeks so cannot comment on my teeth being whiter, but they are definitely cleaner – as many others have described, my teeth feel as clean as they do when I leave my dentists’ office. With my manual brush, I often find myself brushing a lot harder then I should so that my teeth feel clean – this power toothbrush has definitely eliminated that need… I just hold it in place and let the brush head work away! My teeth and gums feel unbelievable clean, and my mouth overall feels fresh longer. I actually enjoy brushing my teeth now!

The charger is in the form of a compact stand, which is excellent in terms space conservation on the bathroom sink. The stand also allows you to store two brush heads, which is great if you’re sharing the handle with another individual. A full charge allows you to utilize the brush for a total of 30 minutes – although I find myself brushing longer than the recommended time allotment since I am so in love with this tooth brush and brushing my teeth now), I have only had to charge once in the week.

To expand on the mention of the recommended time allotment, the toothbrush has a timer feature that notifies the user when they’ve sufficiently brushed one quadrant of their teeth, and can then move onto the next. There are four divided quadrants which are two be cleaned for 30-seconds each as per the timers recommendation; the same noise is repeated twice consecutively to notify you that you have brushed your mouth for the dentist recommended 2 minutes. This is definitely a handy feature as I often forget how long I have been brushing for and if I have done a thorough job.

My only apprehension with this product is the cost of it, as well as the accumulative cost that once would incur with having to purchase replacement heads. Nevertheless, good oral hygiene is necessary for good overall health, and as such, the cost is an investment for good health – a cost that is easily justifiable.

There is absolutely no comparison between the Oral B electric toothbrush and a manual one – the Oral B Pulsonic will come out on top every time given the amazing and unparalled results. I will definitely continue to use this product and will be recommending this product to family and friends!

OMG, I can not believe how well this toothbrush works. I have always been skeptical about power toothbrushes and did not think they would do as good a job as I do with a manual brush. Boy was I wrong this toothbrush makes my teeth feel smooth and clean, and I am a smoker and it is beginning to remove the stains on my teeth, I would reccomend this Oral B Power toothbrush to anyone.

It's been some times since I last used a power toothbrush and I must say I was pretty excited to be chosen to review this one throught the Product Review Club!

The first thing I noticed about this toothbrush is the head - I thought it looked so small, but maye it's because I use bigger toothbrushes instead of standard ones? I thought it would take me such a long time to clean my entire mouth but I was wrong, this toothbrush is amazing for those hard to reach areas like behind my teeth!

I was quite surprised at how strong the vibrations were when I first turned the toothbrush on and I was reluctant to put it in my mouth, but even though it gave me the impression of being caught in a heartquake, this toothbrush performed amazingly well and it left my tooth feeling super clean and smooth - much more than with a manual toothrbush.

I must say I was disappointed to not see an improvement in the surface stains on my teeth, but maybe that's because I have naturally yellow teeth and because I'm a coffee addict?

Overall, this is an amazing toothbrush and it definitely did a better job than any of th $100 power toothbrushes I've used in the past! Thank you Chick Advisor for this amazing opportunity!

SO I recieved the ORAL B PULSONIC TOOTHBRUSH via the Product review club and I have to say I LOVE IT!!!! I would have never thought a toothbrush could make all the difference but my teeth look and feel amazing!!! My teeth look white and feel smoother. I never though I would ever consider paying this price for a toothbrush but I am.....Im gonna get one for my hubby!! I like the 2 different brush heads. There is nothing negative i could or would say about this product!!

I recently had the opportunity to test out the Oral-B Pulsonic rechargeable toothbrush. I currently use the Oral-B Cross Action Power battery-operated toothbrush and will occasionally use a manual toothbrush. I did not expect to see a big difference between their rechargeable and battery-operated versions. This is what I found.


Charger: I had been concerned that it would be this honking big contraption, but the charger is quite compact. In addition to the toothbrush handle, it can store 2 brush heads. When fully charged, it will give you 30 minutes of power. Based on their recommended brushing time, you should be able to recharge once a week. This of course would not be the case if the handle is shared. I don't know what the lifespan is for the charger itself.


Handle: the handle is thicker and heavier than a manual brush but surprisingly thinner and much lighter than the battery-operated version.


Strength: You have a choice of CLEAN or SENSITIVE. Since I've used battery-operated toothbrushes for years, I started with the CLEAN mode. That was a mistake not to be repeated again. The vibrations were quite intense - I felt my brain rattling in my skull! The SENSITIVE mode works for me.


Brush Head: I was concerned that the brush bristles would be too hard, but in fact found them just right. Also the brush head is much smaller than that found on it's battery-operated version. I actually find the smaller head more comfortable and easier to use. Something to consider for those consumers with smaller mouths.


Precision Tip: The bristles on the precision tip were a little harder and caused some minor bleeding.


Timer: The brush has a built in timer that alerts when to move to the next quadrant. Every 30 seconds, it stutters as a reminder to move onto the next quadrant of your mouth. After 2 minutes, a double stutter lets you know you’ve brushed your teeth for the recommended time. I think this is very handy feature for both adults and children.


Effectiveness: I didn't think that this brush would be more effective than the battery-operated one. I was pleasantly surprised. They do in fact feel cleaner. It's early days (1-week), but I can't say I noticed that my teeth are any whiter.


Overall, I like this toothbrush. But, in my opinion, the price point is a little too high. Another cost to factor in is the cost of the replacement heads. I change my brush heads every 3-4 months so this can add up quickly. A travel case would be handy as would an extra brush head.

I was lucky enough to receive a Oral B Pulsonic Power toothbrush and it is amazing! It gets my teeth super clean and with little efforft. I know this will make a big diffrence in my oral care and I don't know how I lived without one for these years! I love Oral B and think the quality of the pulsonic power toothbrush is superior to any other electric tooth brush. I went out and bought some for Xmas gifts to share with my family and I know they will be excited to receive them. I love mine and makes my start of my day fun and cleaner!

This toothbrush is much more than your regular variety of power toothbrush. It promises to keep gums healthy and reduce stains too. After a week of using it, I haven't noticed any stain reduction yet, but I expect to with continued use.

The Oral B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush was easy to set up and get started. It''s a good compact size and design. It's also lightweight and sleek. Once I got into the groove of using it, I loved that it felt amazing on the gums. The pulsing is very different from the spin type of toothbrushes I've tried in the past, but it didn't take long to feel comfortable. The setting for sensitive teeth was much appreciated and worked well for me. My teeth feel and look very clean every time i use it.

I normally alternate between a rotating electic brush and a manual one, but I have permanently switched over to this toothbrush (and sometimes my manual one too).

With my Hello Kitty flashing toothbrush for kids safely tucked away, I eagerly opened the Oral B Pulsonic toothbrush. I could not believe how thin and light it was! The design was sleek, clean and modern.

The battery was already charged (bonus!!) and I could not wait to try it out. Now, in the past, I really thought that all toothbrushes were created the same. Well, the moment this toothbrush entered my mouth, my opinion changed.

You know that clean feeling you get from the dentist? I immediately felt it! The pulses were on the entire brush, not just at the head! Because of this, i really felt like my entire toot was getting cleaned. The pulses felt great also against my gums.

The toothbrush has 2 settings, with the sensitive one being great for people who have sensitive teeth. I also like that it tells you when 30 second are up, so it helps guide you in how long you should brush for.

My only complaint is that the brush gave me no warning when the battery died. I was brushing, and all of the sudden the battery died. Perhaps a flashing light or a beeping sound could warn me a few min before it dies.

All in all, I am so happy with this brush, and I plan to use it for many years, and enjoy an amazingly clean, fresh, 'straight-from-the-dentist' mouth!

I was moret hen excited to be choosen for the Oral-B Pulsonic Toothbrush testing, and I can now finally understand why people are so in love with it.

This is definitely a one of a kind toothbrush and I do not see myself ever going back to a regular manual brush. The dentist feeling clean that you get from the very first use with this was an incredible feeling.

After only using mine personally for about a week I have already seen dramatic differences in my overall smile, teeth are whiter and the attachment for the gum line works wonders. I can proudly say I have now purchased 2 additional ones for Christmas gifts for my mother and step-father.

Also works amazingly well on sensitive teeth, the lower speed setting is a wonderful option, the 30 second pause is also great, takes the guess work out of knowing if you have brushed long enough.

Great product Oral-B you have a new customer for life :)
