Large pills not so good for kids.

I have enjoyed the magnesium but the kids didn't enjoy the large pills. This would be better if it were a suspension like the Omega squeeze. I appreciate the opportunity to try and think the brand is amazing.

Not for me

I'm not really sure if it's the product, in fairness, but I have taken Magnesium and Melatonin in the past with no issues. I found this did help with my sleep as far as falling asleep goes. Which reminded me of my melatonin that I normally take having that effect.
However, I woke up in the middle of the night to some of the most vivid nightmares and couldn't go back to sleep. I gave it two nights and stopped taking it. This just wasn't for me. Perhaps it was the GABA, I'm not really sure.

J'avais beaucoup d'espoir pour ce produit car j'ai des problèmes d'insomnie. J'avais entendu que le magnésium pouvait aider donc j'étais enthousiaste. Malheureusement ça n'a rien fait pour moi, je n'ai noté aucun changement dans mon sommeil.

Didn’t work for me

I was so excited to try this product, as I often have a hard time falling asleep, unfortunately this product did not work for me but I think did the opposite and kept me awake, I tried taking it multiple nights in a row to see if it worked on night 2 or 3 but couldn’t go another night not sleeping. And even tried it again and took 2 and was awake all night.

Not for me

I love this company but this particular product is not for me. I've ben having a lot of sleepless nights this week so I tried the magnesium sleep support. I felt drowsy in about 30 minutes and I was looking forward to a good sleep. An hour later I was asleep but awake again 30 minutes later. It helped fall asleep at first but didn't keep me in a sleep cycle. When I did drop off again a few hours later I had the most vivid, crazy, real feeling dream. I know this can happen with melatonin so I will stay clear of that. Its probably great for many but just didn't do it for me. I prefer other sleep aids.

Didn't seem to help me sleep any better. It may work better for other people or maybe people with worse sleep problems then me. I will not be purchasing this product or recommending it to anyone .

We did not noticed a difference with this stuff at all… every person is different so it might work better for someone else. I will not be purchasing again

This product just isn't for me. It didn't really help. I will keep using it until the bottle is empty to give it another try. I do like this company so Iau look into different options from them

Made Me Feel Like I Was Run Over by A Truck

I tried the Orange Naturals Magnesium Sleep Support for myself and my kids to try. I've taken all different kinds of sleep aids over the years and always found magnesium to work the best. I took this product last night and I can honestly say I felt like I was run over by a truck in the middle of the night when I was awoken by my dog and then in the morning when my alarm went off for the day. It took a good 12 hours from taking it to feel the effect of it worn off. I was a bit concerned driving my kids to school after 9 hours of taking it. I won't take it again to test and I sadly cannot recommend it truthfully. #orangenaturals
