A nice probiotic

I take a probotic every day- gut health is important! The product I usually use is chewable (this is not) so that works better for my lifestyle. That being said, this was a nice product and had zero "side effects". My husband had a bit of tummy upset and didn't love it, but it worked well for me as a 40+ female.

Improve gut health

I have always had a sensitive gut. I have noticed less bloating and overall improvement in digestion after taking this supplement. I would continue taking this probiotic.

Helped restored an upset stomach

This probiotic helped me restore my upset stomach, but the effect wasn't for a long time. However, I like the fact that it's totally GMO free and contains natural ingredients that are really beneficial for my body. I would recommend refrigerate after opening as these are vegetable capsules.

Helps with digestion

I get bloated quite often and can have a hard time digesting certain foods. From what it seems like is, it works pretty well. I haven’t been as bloated. I’m curious to see it’s results over a longer period of time. I have taken antibiotics this year for UTI’s so I’m hoping it helps restore my immunity again.

I’m not sure if it’s from the stress of the day or changes in body rhythms and hormonal changes, but I do like including probiotics for digestive health and for me they help.

Great for my gut!

This probiotic was a great boost for my gut flora and immune system after just being on a course of antibiotics. I love that it has 14 different strains and includes that extra little bit of Vitamin C. It’s easy enough to include in my daily routine since it’s one a day, and I just add it to my other supplements in the morning. The capsule size is also not too large which makes it easy to swallow.
