Technique matters if using under makeup

When I first tried it, I thought it would be really invisible under makeup and I was disappointed when it wasn’t. It showed through very visibly. I gave it a second chance and changed my technique in applying foundation, so I used a beauty sponge instead. It works!!! I suggest not using a brush for foundation when using this under makeup .

Love the size option, but not as effective.

I like the different options of sizes to suit any blemish and become more discreet. The edges are thinner than the center to create a smoother finish for daytime use. It’s not as effective as other patches I’ve used though.

Magnet

I tried this panoxyl daytime invisible patches on some stubborn spots. I ended up using it at night and in the morning I definitely saw some results. There was some debris on the patches and as the day went on it seemed to dry out the spots that I had placed it on. I would say that the patches are generally effective but, may need a couple of days to see full results.

Works but too thin

I found that this pimple patch was nice it helped to reduce the fluid and gunk on a blemish. But I had a hard time getting them off the sheet and a corner would always be folded so it would not lie flat on my face. They did reduce the look of redness of the blemish, but I did notice that with makeup they stood out more. I think that they do the job but I would rather use a thicker patch to ensure it lies flat.

Less effective on a Papule

When reviewing this product I didn’t have a white headed pastule type pimple to test it on, but did have a papule (raised red bump), which may be why this product wasn’t as effective for me. I found in the first few days it was drawing out some of the pimple as their was a white spot left on the sticker when I peeled it off, but by the end of the week the white spot stopped showing and the red mark continued to remain unchanged. I have used panicky products before with success, so it’s possible that this product is not intended for this type of pimple.

I will say wearing all day was mostly fine. The sticker is thin and not super noticeable. As for wearing all day under makeup, I have to give it a thumbs down. I tried wearing it under foundation, however this just highlighted the sticker more.

Also if you tan easily as I do, I started to notice a tan line forming from wearing in the day time now that the summer sun is out. So I would be mindful of that as well if you will be outside for prolonged periods of the day.

I’m open to trying it again on a more pronounced pimple when one forms, but I didn’t have one for the time period of making this review.
