These spot patches work exactly as described. I found they’re most effective when applied after your regular nighttime skincare routine, once your face has completely dried down. I’d recommend skipping heavier serums or facial oils on the areas where you plan to apply the patches, as they can cause them to slip or not adhere as well.

Once applied properly, they stay in place overnight and do a great job at targeting small blemishes. By morning, I noticed reduced redness and that spots looked calmer and less inflamed. They’re easy to use, discreet, and a great option to have on hand for those unexpected breakouts. Overall, a solid product that does exactly what it promises.

These pimple patches were great. I used it on a pimple on my back and it shrunk it overnight! They are pretty thin and stick on pretty well. I would recommend this for anyone with acne.

Zapped my pimple in 12 hours - Crazy!

Zapped out my pimple within 12 hours, although the zit ended up popping and bleeding. However, found the product to be non-fragrant (yay!), simple to use, effective, and ensured no pain. Areas of improvement include non sticky packaging as well as some more patches in the pack - Just 2 lines of 5-6 patches won't do. Also, expensive for the quantity offered.

Mighty patches

I had to wait a while to get acne to try Panoxyl Overnight Spot Patch. I applied a patch on my blemishes overnight and by very next day I felt the tightness due it acne is gone. Even the redness was reduced. By next couple of days of use, it was completely gone. It is easy to stick and remove. It doesn’t have any fragrance. I do have a bit sensitive skin so was wondering if it would have any side effects but I didn’t feel any kind of irritation after using it. I highly recommend this product. Though tiny, it’s mighty patch to reduce your acne.

These patches are virtually impossible to see which is a bonus when you have a stubborn pimple and want to wear these during the day. Since these patches are the overnight ones - I love how efficiently they work. Usually having drawn out my pimple by morning!
