It's okay

I had high hopes going in to trying these over night spot patches. I just don't think they work hard enough for my personal liking. They stick on with ease, they don't budge or move, I just don't think they suck up enough moisture or gunk for my liking.

The patches don’t work super fast. In my case, they didn’t work overnight. I recommend them only if you’re going to use them consistently on a single pimple.

Did the job but took a few tries

After testing the patches for 3 days the blemish finally disappeared. I thought it would take less time as my blemish was small to start with. I did get a bit of redness around the area from the patch but i would use it again if necessary.

Pretty Good Pimple Patches

We received these PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches for free from Butterley and PanOxyl, for testing and doing a review. We found them easy to use. In the morning, when we took the patches off, you could see that they were not clean, which was great. This meant that they did something. The one whitehead was gone and a blackhead was there and the other blackhead (alsmost whitehead) turned into a whitehead. Both patches had stuff on them so that was good. I thought it would be a bit stronger. Would I buy again, yes I would but not for an overnight repair. 2 of the patches, one right after the other would have worked really good! I would do this on a weekend when there was nothing to do stay home relax and get rid of those pimples/blackheads. Thanks for letting us try this product. We like PanOxyl products, so we were happy to try this out. It doesn’t really work

I tried it on two pimples and neither did anything on them. I was very disappointed.

Okay Product!

I enjoyed trying this product however I didn't find the product super effective. It did not make a noticeable difference to my skin. the positive is it did not damage or irritate my sensitive skin.

Not enough time to effectively guage effectiveness

I tried this product as instructed but honestly did not see any positive (or negative) overnight results. I believe "overnight" just wasn't long enough to guage it's effectiveness.

Had high hopes

I was excited to try this overnight patch as an alternative to the one I currently use. I was disappointed. The pimple was barely raised to the surface. I used my other kind of patch shortly after to help extract my pimple.

I used it over my acne for 3-4 days but nothing really happened. I have used other products that work better than this. Didn't do what I expected it to do!
