Just didn't seem to do the trick with my white heads and came off very easily if accidentally bumped. Found it wasn't great for night time use that's all

They work but they're expensive

I like these pimple patches, they work a lot better than the brand I usually use. However they are a lot more expensive than my usual brand. So I would probably still opt for something cheaper.

Didn't Work for Deep Breakout Along Hairline

I like the idea of spot patches, and I will hedge this with my breakout was (of course) along my hairline so I don't know how much of the product was absorbed by my skin vs my hair. BUT I didn't notice any improvement in how long it took to heal or for the pain to go away. I will try again when I get a zit more central to my face or chest and will update my review if that changes things!

PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches

These pimple patches work well. The adhesive is the best out of multiple pimple patch brands I've tried and the they draw out the pimples . However, after looking to repurchase them i have noticed how expensive they are . If they were more affordable i would buy them again. They worked well.

Works in theory

Just judging by the sample size, results are not visible in one day. The sample is for a single use. I would need a much larger sample in order to be certain that it actually works.

Not as effective as others

My teen daughters occasionally suffer from acne.They said that these spot patches were just okay. They have tried other pimple patches and these were not as good. They found that these don't seem to extract as well and don't seem to stick very well (depending on where you are using them).

PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches

(Full disclosure: I received a sample from Butterly) I am pretty undecided on this product. Since I only received a sample, I was only able to test its effectiveness on a couple pimples for 3-4 days. What I noticed was, the pus seemed to come up faster than usual, thus making it heal faster. I also noticed that there was less of a blemish afterwards. I think I would need to test this product for a week before I can make a definitive decision on how well it works. But the patch did stick on very well. It didn't fall off or move, and I toss around a lot in my sleep. xD

Effective but sticky and leaves residue

I really enjoyed using this product as I have bad acne and patches like this are so helpful for treating my acne while preventing me from picking at it! Overall I would say that this performed better than your average pimple patch (I have tried dozens of brands and types). I like that it didn't have any irritating ingredients either. It really sucked out contents of the pimple and effectively decreased inflammation. So the results were slightly better than average. I also loved it during use (put it on just before bed) because it sticks easily and well, and also the outer side of the patch feels quite nice and almost matte which I lived compared to the shiny or tacky outside of other patch brands. I used both the small and big sizes and loved both of them for smaller or larger blemishes, these are ideal size in my opinion. However, my biggest complaint about this product is that it stuck almost too well to my skin and perhaps has too much adhesive. When I removed all 3 of the patches that I used in one night, they all left behind some sticky reside of the pimple patch and the patch was not easy to remove at all, it sort of ripped apart as I removed it. The residue left of my skin also did not wash off easily with soap and this left a sticky texture right overtop of the exposed pimple. This was a huge downside for me. Otherwise I loved how effective the patches were at getting rid of the pimple and they felt great while using.

Multiple sizes

I loved these patches! I especially liked how there were two sizes of patch so depending on size needed you could choose. I’ve not come across patches that are have two size in the box. It helped to reduce my acne spots overnight. Love these patches. These I would buy myself.
