Honestly I have tried every patch out there and this one is most definitely going to be my go-to product. Absolutely obsessed with these patches. Won’t ever buy another brand after trying it for FREE from Butterly. 10 out of 10!!!

Did the job but took a few tries

After testing the patches for 3 days the blemish finally disappeared. I thought it would take less time as my blemish was small to start with. I did get a bit of redness around the area from the patch but i would use it again if necessary.

Works amazingly

I’ve been using the PanOxyl acne patches for active breakouts, and honestly, they work really well for angry pimples. They stick nicely to the skin, even overnight, and don’t move around. By morning, the pimple looks visibly calmer, less red, and flatter.

What I like most is that they help protect the breakout from touching or picking (which is a huge plus). They’re also pretty discreet, so you can wear them during the day if needed.

They work best on whiteheads or pimples that are already close to the surface not so much on deep, under-the-skin acne. Overall, a great quick fix when you want to heal a breakout faster without irritating your skin.

I had the opportunity to try out PanOxyl’s PM Overnight Spot Patches and already being a huge fan of Panoxyl’s products for acne, I am not surprised these worked so well! I put a patch on this stubborn pimple on my forehead in the afternoon and it was 90% gone by the next morning. I ended up wearing it two nights in a row and it was like the pimple never existed. I’ve used a lot of pimple patches because i struggle with acne sometimes, and these are by far the best ones I’ve used!

It couldn’t have arrived at a perfect time! Hormonal changes once a month I will break out! I put them in and they held strong as I was out doing errands all day. Adhesive is strong, and stickers are clear/nude/matte. Definitely will be repurchasing!

Effective and almost invisible

I noticed a visible difference overnight after using the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches. I tend to get deep, solid pimples that start under the surface, and these patches really helped bring them down faster than leaving them alone.

They’re comfortable to wear and easy to remove—no pulling or irritation. The patches are almost transparent, so wearing one during the day wouldn’t be out of the question at all. It also prevented me from picking at my pimple, which definitely helped speed up the healing process.

I also love that the patches come in different sizes, making it easy to choose the right one depending on the size and stage of the breakout. Overall, they’re an effective, low-effort solution for managing stubborn spots. I would definitely recommend trying them out.

Perfect bye bye acne

These little patches are miracle workers, place it on as soon as you see one preferably at night and by morning the pimple is already faded and isn't all red and gross, It helps prevent picking as well.

I really liked PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches. They stick well and stay on overnight without sliding around, which is honestly half the battle with spot patches.

By morning, the pimple is noticeably less inflamed and calmer, even if it is not completely gone yet.

I also like that they are thin and comfortable, so I do not really notice them. They also help me avoid touching or picking at my skin, which is a big plus. This is not a miracle overnight fix, but it definitely helps speed up healing and reduce redness. I will keep these in my skincare routine for sure!
