Works pretty quickly!

After having 3 people test these patches, they were effective for 2 out of the 3 people. Worked great on their trouble spots and usually overnight with just one use! Would I highly recommend. We were happy with the results.

They do a good job at absorbing oil

The quality of these acne patches is decent, and the size is suitable for covering pimples comfortably. They do a good job at absorbing oil and reducing the appearance of active breakouts. However, they don't really help with scars-you'll still need to follow up with other skincare products for full healing. The packaging is clean and practical, and there's no noticeable scent. Overall, they're useful for quick spot care,

It’s very effective with my stubborn pimples. It’s only one night, my pimples were gone. It’s so amazing.

Pretty Good Pimple Patches

We received these PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches for free from Butterley and PanOxyl, for testing and doing a review. We found them easy to use. In the morning, when we took the patches off, you could see that they were not clean, which was great. This meant that they did something. The one whitehead was gone and a blackhead was there and the other blackhead (alsmost whitehead) turned into a whitehead. Both patches had stuff on them so that was good. I thought it would be a bit stronger. Would I buy again, yes I would but not for an overnight repair. 2 of the patches, one right after the other would have worked really good! I would do this on a weekend when there was nothing to do stay home relax and get rid of those pimples/blackheads. Thanks for letting us try this product. We like PanOxyl products, so we were happy to try this out. Top Notch!

I have tried a multitude of hydrocolloidal acne patches over the years and these ones where top notch! I found they stayed on all night, many don't, and I was easily able to peel off with no issues in the morning. I was able to fight off a rather nasty bump in only two nights and thankfully before a weekend retreat!. I love that they aren’t glaringly obvious when worn, at least until they suck all the gunk out of your skin lol! I tried it on two pimples and neither did anything on them. I was very disappointed.

Love them

I received this through Butterly to test and have been using it on my big spots over night. I love that it has different sizes, and are thick so they're really gripping onto my pimples. Other patches I find will kind of lift as I talk in the evening or rub my face on my pillow, but these stayed on. I used them overnight for about 4 nights in a row, and every morning I did find that my spots seemed to have shrunk and were calmer. There was one spot, however, that was too stubborn to let these patches help. I would totally get these again to use for overnight.
