Works great!

First time trying an all natural hair removal product and it worked great. Took some time to get used to peeling off the wax instead of using strips that I usually use but it did a great job of removing my facial hair.

Honest Review, It's a great product!

I have used this brand before Parissa never disappoints. This wax had no smell which I personally prefer, it melted very smoothly like butter. I went ahead and waxed my Eyebrows and lip both came off in one smooth strip, unlike many other brands that Crack and come off in pieces. The kit itself came with everything I needed. It included wax, sticks to apply the wax with also a small squeeze bottle of oil for aftercare. I have purchased this brand before and will purchase this particular product again.

Smells and feels Very Natural

Thank you butter and parissa for sending me Hot Wax Face & Lip No-Strip for free in exchange for my honest opinion. My facial hair type is very thin and fine but they need very detailed attention in order to remove them because they don’t just come out with strips. This Hot Wax Face & Lip No-Strip has been super helpful its mess free just heat up the wax apply with the stick and pull it off with your finger finish it off with the Ultra Soothe oil by parissa to give it a cleaner, smoother and shiny finish. Ultra soothe oil also helps prevent ingrown hair and keeps the skin smooth and soft. I honestly loved the mess free quick, very fragrant and waxing salon finish at home. It heats up very quick and you don’t have to melt it all to use it just a little is enough. My skin feels clean, fresh and phenomenal.

DISCLAIMER: Please do a patch test before applying the wax directly to your face. I also noticed pink bumps i am attaching a pic for reference which disappeared after about 30 mins.

Pull hair from the roots

I am really impressed with this product. When applied per the instructions, it leaves the face feeling smooth and soft to the touch. It pulls the hair right from the roots hence allowing a longer time between required use. The wax is easy tonapply and the ultra soothe oil it comes with removes all leftover wax on the face. The ultra soothe oil smells great and soothes skin after application

Get Over the Fear, and Just Wax It

I was at first very intimidated but this Parissa face and lip hot wax kit, after many bad home waxing adventures. However once I finally talked myself into waxing my own eyebrows, the instructions were easy to follow, and the kit fairly simple to use. Remember less is more, before you remove your whole eyebrow! Once I got into it, I was very happy with the kit. The wax heats evenly, is plyable, and fairly painless to remove. The little bottle of clean up oil is handy, to get any remaining residue off. I and very happy with my smotth silky skin, and polished looking eyebrows. Works really well

The wax is easy to use and worked much better than the wax beads I tried before.
I am happy with the results and believe that practice makes perfect.
I would also recommend buying a few extra wooden spatulas as these realistically need to be thrown away after application.

I’m a first time home waxer, so I was a liiiittle nervous but really excited for this opportunity. This product says it’s meant for short & coarse hair so I knew this would be the right fit for my face. I really appreciated how the instructions were very straightforward and simple to follow, but there’s also lots of videos and information on Parissa’s website as well which I really appreciated.

Not only that, I had a random question so I reached out via social media and they were super helpful. I really love how personable the company seems to be and I immediately fell in love with their beginnings: an Iranian woman (the first woman chemical engineer to graduate from University of Edinburgh!) who immigrated to Canada and wasn’t impressed with the hair removal products on the market. It was a family affair creating and distributing her natural hair removal product and the company has grown substantially over the last 4 decades!

Upon opening the package, there is a pot of hardened wax, 3 wooden spatulas and 5mL of their Ultra Soothe Oil (although they were incredibly kind in sending me a full size of this as well!) If you don’t have a wax warmer, you can pop this on an electric stove, which is what I did and it worked out really well on a small burner turned on to the lowest setting. This product is fragrance free and certified cruelty free, made of beeswax.

I did find that this product has a bit of a learning curve but I managed to use this on my upper lip, chin, neck and eyebrows and got the hang of it quickly! It was far less painful than expected and the soothing oil really helped. When you’re done with the pot, you can let the remaining wax cool and harden and pop it into a plastic bag for next time, so this package will last quite a few waxing sessions. All in all, I’m very happy with this product and I’ll be on the lookout for more Parissa items!

The Smoothness !!

I received this product for free to give my honest opinion about it. I have hair on my upper lip and I need to get it Waxed. I was so happy to be able to try Parissa face wax on my own instead of going into the salon. Using it was easy. And ripping it off was fun. Since I did it on my own. I counted to 3 and ripped it off. Lol easy peasy !! I recommend this facial wax. It will save you money and best of all you are in your own home.

Ok truth here!!! I was terrified to try this on my face. I had a really bad experience when I was a teenager and burned myself badly! I tried it on my legs first you have to make sure it’s the right temperate. It has to be almost like a thick honey and yes it heats and gets hot fast!!!!!! So I blew on it and carefully applied but WOW it was painless and took the hair off right away with no redness. Not messy at all I was shocked and pleased y the results. I got the courage to try my face amazing!!!!! Yea , you have to be very careful but this would save you a trip to the salon I want to get the courage to try my eyebrows but not yet. I do wish it had a better applicator I would love to do my whole legs it took the hair off so effortlessly. It dries back into the cup and you can put it away until next time. Didn’t use a lot at all. I would purchase this again.

Spa quality wax

I tried the wax pot and am very impressed. The consistency and smell is similar to the wax at a spa. It worked really well. I was nervous about waxing my eyebrows but it was really easy to use. I do not have an electric stove or cook top so I used NY toaster oven to warm up the pot. Will buy again.
