Unfortunately Disappointed

I received these complementary Parissa Hot Wax Pods, in exchange for my honest review. I was really excited to get them to use in conjunction with the Parissa Wax Melter. I am an avid wax user and enjoy the entire process. The wax pods are a great green color, on of my favorite colors might I add. Scent is okay, but could be better. They are relatively thin, but still thick enough that I was concerned with how long they would take to melt.
I put one pod into the melter to start. It melted relatively quickly, but didn't amount to much. So I added two more pods. They took longer to melt, and the middles melted slower.
Once it was ready, I applied an inch-wide strip of wax to my clean, dry leg. The hair on my legs was about 1/4 inch long. Upon spreading the wax, I noticed it the wax start to layer up and thicken in spots. In other words, it didn't spread evenly on the skin. I tried to roll a small area to pull the strip off. Once I attemped to rip it off in one quick motion, it tore- again and again. So I thought perhaps I needed more wax. So I added more. It made matters worse. I still had to rip it off in bits. By time I managed to get one leg done, I had developed globs of wax on my pointer finger and thumb from every time I tried ripping the wax off. Even more annoying, was the hundreds of speckles of wax on my tile floor, that I assume came off my leg during removal. The wax on the floor was a huge pain to remove. I ended up having to use a paint scrapper to get the majority off.

The wax did remove most of my hair, but not easily or conveniently. I definitely wouldn't recommend this product or purchase it.

I didn't really enjoy this product all too much. It stunk and gave me a migraine after every use. I followed the instructions and even then it would leave a residue that would not come off even with the recommended oil use
