I bought these 2 months ago and have been waiting for results to do this review.

I haven't used it in years until the 2 months ago. I was wanting both the Vitamin D 400IU and the Vitamin A 1250IU that is in these soft gels.

I am just 2 years shy of 40 and want to make sure that I take care of my skin not only on the outside, but from the inside as well. Vitamin A helps hair skin and nails, and all 3 have improved in the 2 months. I take 2 soft gels a day and my skin is brighter, more resilient and appears ruddier, more pliable I guess, (not so thin). My nails are stronger and break less, and my hair seems fuller and healthier. The Vitamin D is also for helping me absorb my calcium from food I eat which is good for my bones and to prevent osteoarthritis. It is also for immune system and is an anti-inflammatory.

I recommend this product and have really seen actual benefits. It is about $5.99 for 100 soft gels from Pharmasave. I am sure you could find this combo soft gel in other brands as well
