    This tea has a nice mix of herbs that are known to promote a restful sleep.It is also good for relaxing and winding down if you have had a stressful day.Hibiscus Flower,Chamomile Flower,Passionflower Herb,Apple Granules,Cinnamon Bark,Lemon Balm leaves,Hop Flowers,Skullcap Herb and Valerian Root.It is also a good everyday tea and there is nothing harmful and 100% drug free.Its also great if you have jet lag to get you back into a normal routine.Lastly this tea tastes really delicious!
