A great twist on the classic!

This is a wonderful smoked salmon product! I recently discovered it at the grocery store here and decided to try it over my regular brands. It has a wonderful smoky flavour and you can taste the quality of the salmon. It tastes great on its own, or with the classic bagels and cream cheese. It’s delicious

Very tasty!

I wasn't too sure what to expect but the salmon was actually very tasty. The salmon has been smoked over hickory and maple and was seasoned with peppercorns for a touch of heat. There is no need to cook it, it can be served hot or cold.
I served it over wild rice with a side salad. Yummy!
