Big surprise, Quick fun

We had the chance to try out Hybrid Hatchers for free through a Butterly campaign with Spin Master in exchange for an honest review. It was definitely a fun toy to open and my daughter loved the anticipation of what might hatch.

That said, the instructions were a bit unclear. After adding the water, nothing happened at first, and we realized later that we had to turn the egg over to start the process. Once it finally hatched, it actually startled us and gave us a good laugh. The whole experience from opening to hatching took about 10 minutes, and while it was short, it was memorable and entertaining.

The little dinosaur inside was cute, and my kids played with it briefly. My 2-year-old son ended up enjoying the dino the most once my daughter was done. Overall, it was a fun one-time experience and we’re glad we got to try it, but I don’t think I would buy a second one.

My child couldn't wait to see what was inside!

When my child opened the toy , she was immediately excited about the egg! The egg felt very sturdy and the rough, gritty texture made it feel very real and added to the excitement right for the start.

She really loved the viewfinder and looked through it. The instructions were very easy to follow by my seven- year- old. She was able to directed me though the steps, which showed how clear and easy the instructions were to follow.
She also loved using the syringe, when she filled it with water and seeing it turning blue- was a a really great touch and made the experience even more fun for her.
When she used the syringe to put the water into the dinosaur egg, she was absolutely suprised when the it started to fall apart and crack like a real egg.
She immediately named her dinosaur Fin. She brought it upstairs right away and stated to fill the stink up and watching the marks appear on Fin body.
She still continues to play with the toy. She has add another one to her Christmas list hoping to collect another friend for Fin.
Thank you Spin Masters for this fun gift! It was very fun to play with for the whole family.

Good learning toy

We were very impressed with the Primal Hatch: Hybrid Hatchers toy from Spin Master. The quality is excellent, the egg and character feel sturdy and well-made. My kids were immediately excited, especially during the hatching process, which kept them fully engaged. The hybrid dinosaur character quickly became a favorite and encouraged lots of imaginative, screen-free play. This experience definitely makes me more interested in purchasing additional toys from Spin Master in the future.

Dino fun!

Spin Master’s “Primal Hatch - Hybrid Hatchers” is a fun and engaging for dinosaur fans of all ages. The features where you find the hidden dino images, fill and inject the syringe, and watch the egg hatch are all exciting and interesting. The hatching egg makes this a high quality toy. I wish the hybrid creatures were a little more interactive once hatched, but my 5 year old found it entertaining.

SO MUCH FUN

We were very happy with the Primal Hatch Dino Hybrid Hatchers. The toy feels sturdy and well made, with great details and a fun hatching feature that really stands out. My child was incredibly excited to hatch their favourite dinosaur and stayed engaged with the interactive sounds and movements afterward.

This experience definitely made us more interested in other Spin Master toys. The quality and creativity really show, and we would happily consider purchasing more from this brand.

Primal hatchers - collect them all!

My son was so excited to open this toy and get down to play with it . I wish I could have read the instructions faster because he was roaring to go. He liked the idea of the injecting the water to make it hatch and loved the idea that it was a collect them all toy .

Fun dinos, high quality toy!

The Primal Hatch Dino Hybrid Hatcher was such a hit! The design is fun and engaging, and the hatching process keeps kids genuinely excited and curious. The dinos was sturdy, well-made, and feel higher quality than many similar toys. It’s a great mix of surprise, imagination, and hands-on play. The box says it's age 5+ which I would agree with! This can keep kids entertained for far longer than expected. Perfect as a gift or activity. I would highly recommend!

Interactive toy

The Primal Hatch Dino Hybrid Hatchers toy is very good quality and feels sturdy and well-made right out of the box. The egg and dinosaur are detailed, durable, and able to handle excited play without feeling fragile. The hatching experience created a lot of excitement — my child was thrilled to interact with the egg and couldn’t wait to see the dinosaur hatch. My child enjoyed felt like a scientist using the syringe to add liquid into the egg. Once the dinosaur’s head popped out it kept their attention and encouraged imaginative play. While the hatching is a one-time experience, the overall quality and level of interaction made it feel worth it. Because of how engaging and well designed this toy is, it definitely makes me more interested in purchasing additional Spin Master toys in the future, especially interactive ones like this.

An interactive approach to a figurine

The interactive start for this dinosaur figure was fun and puts a new spin on regular toys. The egg hatches quickly which was sudden and not like the larger Dino egg we have seen online. It would be nice if this dinosaur came with food or accessories like the big Dino egg! Overall was fun and the dinosaur is cute!
