You can get this at winners, or marshalls . comes in a pack of 5 and $2-5 price range. It makes my lips feel rejuvenated and like brand new. It doesn't last long though but it's cool.

I bought this pack of 5 lip masks from Marshalls for $2.99. There's quite a few "flavours" but I picked up the pink one which has Rose extracts to repair and revitalize dry lips. The instructions suggests using the mask after using matte lipsticks and stains to help restore and soften your lips, since matte lipsticks tend to dry them out. While it's on, it's very cooling and very soothing. After 15 mins my lips that was chapped and dry transformed into a plump and softer lips. And if you're worried about how your lips are gonna taste like, fear not, because it's actually sweet!
