Gâterie pour chien

Mon chien l'a mangé en une minute, haha. Alors ils étaient fantastiques je crois. En ce sens, j'aimerais qu'ils durent plus longtemps et aient plus d'effet sur les dents. Donc, le goût est bon et la facilité de mordre pour un petit chien est sans problème. Je j'ai aucun problème à recommander à tous.

Do not buy!

These cannot be good for your pet. I saw an advertisement on television for them and thought they must be of better quality than the Pedigree ones which make my dog vomit. Unfortunately not. Within hours of eating it, it has made my dog terribly sick and she was vomitting everywhere. The only reputable and good brand of denta sticks for dogs are Greenies. They are a premium price and worth every cent, they are not like these toxic Purina or Pedigree ones. Do not feed them to your dogs.

I didn’t try these myself. The dog did, and he ate it up in like a minute, haha. I really can’t attest to how well it would have helped his teeth, but he did really enjoy the treat. He is a puppy, only just hit a year old, so his teeth are in decent shape. They looked clean and healthy after he ate it. If anything, he enjoys them.

Purina Dentalife Chews

I usually love Purina pet products. I was however disappointed in the Dentalife chews. I bought a bunch on sale, they are a great price, and always on sale! I however did not find they helped my dogs dental health much at all. He also did not digest them well, he would have one the night before and throw it up the next morning, He however did love the taste of them so that was a positive. I will not purchase this product again due to my dogs digestive issues with them, I would not recommend for dogs with sensitive stomachs.

De belles dents propres

Mon chien est vraiment capricieux sur les produits bucco-dentaires pour chiens. Les os ou autres produits doivent être assez durs pour qu'il ait un challenge mais assez mous pour pas qu'il ne travaille trop! Ces os sont parfaits. La consistante est excellente pour les désirs de mon chien. Ces dents sont belles et il semble vraiment les apprécier.

won't risk using this again

Our middle dog, 5 yr old mini schnauzer, doesn't chew as much as the others. I decided to try dentalife by purina. I've not used purina before in any form. He demolished it quickly. An hour later he was uncomfortable. 2hours after eating it he vomited it up and immediately after that had a major seizure. It was terrifying. He has never had a siezure before. His blood tests say his liver is affected by something, possibly a toxin. It might be a coincidence but i will not risk using this product ever again. Keeping a close eye on him and his little sister who also had one.

I received a free sample in the mail, and called on our husky to provide some insight. He finished the large treat pretty quickly, which surprised me. I would have thought that such a large treat, with a foamy texture would have taken longer to get through, but in under 5 minutes it was gone. I bought a bag so I could let my older dog try them too, and she also devoured it pretty quickly. They both seem to enjoy them, I am just a little concerned that both dogs ended up with loose stools the next day. I think I will give them one a week until the bag is finished, and determine if the trend continues...

A friend gave me a bag and a half of these as her dog had recently had dental work done and had thrown up after having one. She assumed it was the surgery that made her sick. I was slightly reluctant to give them to my 2 dogs as I don't typically feed anything Purina. The first chew was fine for both but the second chew a few days produced vomit from both dogs. No food just bile and white chunks of these chews. My older dog threw up again a day later and still had white chucks of these chews. Never again. I contacted Purina to advise them of this issue and of course no contact back. I am very disappointed in the product and the company.
