    This is a Supplement that supports Energy levels and promote weight loss if taken properly (Recommended to take before or after meals twice a day but if your like me, you will probably end up taking both either upon waking up, or taking one after waking up then another before bed. But seriously, do make sure there is food in your stomach before you eat this, i have not had any side effect problems taking this but one things for sure that happens is if i’m already hungry when i take this, and proceed to not eat anything, my stomach would start crying until i do eat something. But thats just me everyone’s body works differently.

    The main active ingredients are, Raspberry Keytone Extract (4% - 300mg), Caffeine Anhydrous (100mg), and a proprietary blend of Apple Cider Vinegar,Kelp, Acai Fruit, African Mango, and Resveratrol Extract, so as you can see, these ingredients are mainly natural ingredients so its completely safe for basically everyone to take, especially if you don’t like the thought of taking any supplements that claim to be as healthy as possible, but yet uses 99% artificial ingredients or chemicals.

    It that if you want this product to work effectively i would recommend using this if your actively trying to lose weight through healthy eating, and exercise, you probably won’t see real results unless you take it this way, this is my personal opinion i have realized through experience myself.and i’m not saying that it wont work if you don’t exercise, I’m just saying that results will happen much slower if you choose to not maintain a healthy lifestyle while taking this supplement.a

    Also i made sure to take a picture to show you that this supplement is in capsule form, and if your like me, who can’t swallow meds bigger than a Pea, your going to tant to empty the capsule in something like yogurt or apple sauce and take it that way, so you won’t have to worry about gagging on the capsule.
