So far so good. Gentle and not hard on your system. I already eat pretty clean but thought I should do a cleanse as I haven't done one in a few years. Pills are quite large but you can swallow them pretty easy. Sometimes I get a nasty aftertaste with them but wash it away with water. Wish it didnt take a month
