I actually don't know why I waited so long to try these! They are DELICIOUS but I also can actually feel the difference when I don't have one. The small packets are perfect for bringing with me to work events, sports for my kids, etc. Whenever I find myself needing a little boost I add these to my water and they are so good!

So tasty

I received this product through Butterly to test and I had them everyday for a couple of weeks. I love that these are so small, convenient, and easy to carry around. So when I'm out and about, it's simple to add to a bottle of water, shake it up hard and I instantly have flavoured water with the plus of hydration and supplements. I also like that these are low in sugar and caffeine free! I liked the Berry Lemonade flavour because it's got that hint of sweetness with that lovely tartness of lemonade.
These are a little more pricy than other hydration options but I think it's because of the amount of added vitamins and antioxidants which I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate.

This is so delicious, the minute you start drinking it you want to finish the entire bottle in one gulp. It’s the perfect amount of sweetness with a little bit of punch from the lemonade. Hydration Hack!

I tried the ROAR Plus Powder in Berry Lemonade, and it’s quickly become one of my favourite ways to stay hydrated throughout the day. It mixes smoothly, tastes refreshing without being overly sweet, and gives my water that perfect boost when I need something more exciting than plain hydration. With only 2g of sugar, it still manages to pack a bright, tangy berry-lemon flavour that feels energizing and really enjoyable.

Very sweet, but tasty!

I like the idea of having a hydrating drink mid-workday that isn't water and you're craving something with a little sugar. I was super happy to get the chance to try some ROAR powder, especially a big Costco-sized bag! My favourite is definitely this berry lemonade flavour which dissolved really well and didn't leave any gritty/slimy residue. While I did find it overtly sweet for my palette, I was happy to finish up my drink! I would purchase it again if only the sweetness were toned down just a smidge.
