Quantity not as stated on container

Purchased this product from B-Trust in Mississauga Feb 16, 2018. Noticed lately the content quantity is less so I measured the weight when I got home. The container states the content is 16 oz (454 g). On the scale the weight was 318 g including the container. I'd say that's a lot less product than advertised. I will consider a formal complaint to Federal agency because these companies should not be allowed to get away with this. I only continue to buy because is is admittedly good tasting.

Bought this at an Asian grocery store. It only contains cabbage, carrot, leeks, salt, sugar, and pepper. Perfect to eat along side sushi, ramen and other Asian dishes. Has some heat to it, but not over powering.
