The strip around the blade lasted- (sometimes they peel off or they're finished before the blade is finished.) I really like the grip. Close shave. I like having a couple around in case friends sleep over for long periods of time. Best to get these on sale for even further details (and score optimum points if you're a member of the Shoppers Drugmart discount.)

I actually don't know the price for this razor as I got it as part of a box full of other products. I liked the presentation but I am not that impressed with the quality, I expected it much better. It doesn't work that well but it's not bad either.

This razor seems to work very good. I get a nice close shave from it. It lasts for quite awhile in the shower. I usually get razor burn when shaving but not with this razor

Shaving is not something that I want to put a lot of thought into. But, it's necessary and something that I do every (other) day. Hydro Silk has five blades and a great handle (which actually matters for me since I'm clumsy and have slipped and cut myself more times than I'd like to admit).

Typically better price than competitors, and who wants to spend a fortune on razor refills every month.

I really like this razor and have been using it for the past couple of years. I have tried many other razors including the intuition razor which I find is a waste of money because as soon as the soap part runs out you have to throw away the razor. This razor lasts the longest and is the most effective at a clean shave I find.

hey Hydro Schick Razor is fabulous. It is very user friendly and gives you a smooth and complete shave that leaves your skin feeling soft and moisturized.
It has five blades, a pivot head, and a contoured handle that is very comfortable and easy to use.
The five blades provide a close, smooth shave while the moisturizers on the pivot head provides a soft, supple feeling and the contoured handle allows for easy use on the the legs and pivoting head follows the contours of the legs and arm, thus reducing the nicks & cuts and skin irritation that is usually associated with shaving
It works great with Gillette Shave gel. But, I believe in a hurry you can use the razor without the shave gel. That is just how much it moisturizers and how easy this razor is to use.
One of the caveats to this product is the cost of the replacement blades.
I have used different versions of this razor and the lotions and moisturizes last for several weeks. But it is suggested that you change the blades as soon as you notice the moisturizer strips are starting to go away. This will reduce the usual cuts & itching of using a dull razor.ing

I quite like this razor. The little hole in the handle works great for guiding the razor when using it. The colour is very pretty as well. The ribbing on the handle makes it easy to hold.
I also like that the price for refills isn't outrageous - makes me more dedicated to the brand.

Really good razor, although refills are a bit pricey. I do prefer this razor to Venus...I find it is a bit better at getting all the hairs and tends to stay a bit sharper for longer.

Use to be a hardcore Gillette Venus user, but decided to give Schick a try and I was very impressed. Nice smooth shave plus the blade lasts a long time. I was finding the Venus blades weren't holding up to their previous standards anymore. I will stick with Schick :)

great shave. leaves my legs so soft and silky smooth. it contours and glides over the ankle area with no nicks or cuts!!! the 5 blade shaving system gives you the closest cleanest shave ever.wish it was less expensive though
