I received this razor as a free sample and it my favourite. It glides really well over the curves of my legs and I love the moisturizing strips. I get a really close shave with this razor, I found that I didn't have any stubble left over at all. I really love this razor and have recommend this to everyone i know. Best one out so far!!

I absolutely LOVE the new Schick hydro silk razor .
Such a great razor , I have had the hardest time finding a razor that doesnt give "razor burn " or cut me . I have a very skinny sensitive legs and most razors cut my ankles and my knees .
I would highly recommend this razor to all women , especially women with sensitive "boney" legs
Rather then scrappy your legs this razor glides across your legs leaving them soft and silky .

Just as the name says this razor left my legs feeling as smooth as silk and nicely hydrated. The handle fit well into my hand and gave me confidence. Try it and see!

I was lucky enough to receive a FREE Schick Hydro Silk Razor. I was excited to try it, but expectations fell short. The razor itself gets all "gummy" and sticky with whatever they have by the blades, and I don't get a close shave at all. My legs feel smooth for about an hour afterwards and then I can feel the stubble again. Its horrible on bikini/underarm areas as it doesn't seem to do well on curves, and that goes for knees as well. Overall, a disappointing experience. I would neither buy this nor recommend this to anyone.

I got this Razor as a free sample and decided to try it out. I like the rubber handle for easy grip and the moisturizing strips that really left my left feeling smooth and stubble free. It glides well and left my skin smooth and hair free.

I received this razor as a free sample and it is becoming one of my favourites. It glides really well over the curves of my legs and I love the moisturizing strips. I get a really close shave with this razor. I found that I didn't have any stubble left over at all. I'm not crazy about shaving because I get a lot of ingrown hairs so I need to exfoliate after I shave but over all, this razor does what it promises. I like that because the razor has the strips on it, it really goes smoothly over my legs and shaving doesn't take very long.

It is a bit pricey, but I think I will buy more cartridges after I am finished with this one.

The blade glides smoothly on my skin after a warm shower.
It has a rubber handle so I am not worried that it will slip out of my hand.
My skin didn't irritate afterwards but I put on some lotion anyways, just in case.
No razor burn! Yeah!
Maybe it is the way I shave but it didn't shave as close as I thought...

Overall, I found this razor did a really good job but I didn't see any difference between my current blade and this one.

I was looking to try a new razor when I came across this Schick Hydro Silk razor; it had a $2 off coupon on the box so I bought it. The box it came in had one razor, two razor blade cartridges and one hook to hang it in your shower when it’s not in use. The razors handle is made of a rubbery type of material that gives you a non-slip grip and it fits in your hand nice and comfortably. The razor also has a water activated moisturising serum strip and the five blades are curve sensing with skin guards that help to protect your skin from any irritation. They say to get the best results you should use it with a shaving cream, but I just used water. I wanted to see just how well the moisturizing strips really worked. At first I thought this razor was garbage and wasn’t worth a penny never mind the $10.43 that I paid for it. It seemed like I had to keep going over and over the same places to get the hairs completely removed. I thought for sure my legs would still have hair left behind and they be as dry as dry could be, or have cuts all over them. How ever after everything I had put them through when I got out of the shower and dried off I realized that my legs weren’t dry, they felt silky smooth and I didn’t feel and left over hairs at all. I believe if I would have used a shaving cream like it is recommended that you do, I wouldn’t have had to go over and over my legs like I did. I usually don’t spend that much on a razor, but I’m happy to say this razor is well worth the money I spent on it. It’s still not as good as the Gillette Venus Embrace razor, but I would still recommend the Schick Hydro Silk it to others.

First, let me tell you something - in the winter, I don't regularly shave/wax my legs despite being obsessed with any other area that is prone to hair (I'm having IPL done on my underarms and bikini area). Disgusting? TMI? Hey, there is a good reason behind this: the hair on my legs is blonde, sparse, and soft - yes, soft! In fact, you can barely see wether my legs are shaved or not unless you get a super close look or touch them. I consider myself very lucky, but have no fear, I do shave in the summer, of course! Oh, and let me reassure you, it does not bug my boyfriend at all.

Because I don't shave regularly, I have always been kind of happy with those cheap 1-blade BIC razors and honestly, I much prefer using depilatory creams such as the amazing Veet Hydro' Restor Hair Removal Cream, but I must admit that razors usually get the job done much quickly, especially when they have five blades!

Schick Hydro Silk absolutely did not disappoint, from its soft and ergonomic handle to the super close shave it provides. I can't recall how many times my razor slipped from my hand when I was in the shower - with the lightweight and easy to control handle of Schick Hydro Silk (it took two years to Schick to develop it!), you won't have this problem! I also appreciate how the smooth rounded edges of the razor head make it fit easily into those hard to shave areas no more knee cuts!

I can't say much about the water activated moisturizing serum because even though I have dry skin, it never felt incredibly dryer after shaving, even though I always apply some kind of creams or lotions after. Shick recommends using shaving cream, gel or foam with the Schick Hydro Silk razor, which I always do anyway (I use soap or conditioner), because this is a "traditional" razor - it provides moisture and glide throughout each shave and the best results are achieved by using a shave preparation.

I can definitely say that Schick Hydro Silk is a delight to use, delivering a silky-smooth shave while being gentle on the skin. I admit I cut myself very badly when I used this razor in a rush, so don't underestimate its power!
