I was curious about these "root touch up" products for the longest time. I am glad I was able to try it for free through @Chickadvisor.

The product gave complete coverage in the areas where i needed it the most. It was an easy and effective solution for maintaining my color.

Terrible product! Does cover roots well, however also covers everywhere in the vicinity with lovely black splatters as well, wall, counter, face, ears, forehead, brush...Never totally dries leaving you with black hands if you touch your hair ( even hours later).Sure wouldn't want to be caught in rain after use! I probably would have done better with spray on shoe polish! #goitfreeChickadvisor

Awesome product!

I have very dark hair and am graying prematurely. I tried Root Retoucher and absolutely love it! It covered my gray and blended seamlessly. It will definitely do the trick between colors by covering that embarrassing gray hair! Will absolutely purchase in the future!

Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher

I was selected to #tryRootRetoucher and #gotitfree to test the product. I normally dye my hair from a box package so I was excited to try this product. Unfortunately it was not adequate as per my standards. While easy to use, the product itself is a bit sticky and rubs off on your hands easily. It washes out fairly quick, but I felt dye is more permanent as opposed to this easy fix.

Root retry

Was really excited to try this but when I did I was very disappointed. I had an upcoming event coming and my grey was shining bright like diamonds. I figured I'd give it a try. It didnt really cover anything. There was even color left on my scalp that was visible. I followed the directions as stated and have used other brands in the past and this was by far not for me.

Awesome product if it matches your hair color

I liked this product. It smells nice and it easy to use. It covered grey very nicely. My hair is black with a slight purple hue, so it was noticeably different. If your hair shade is more of a plain shade, this product is amazing. If you habe a slightly different tint to your color, you may find that it doesn't work with your color. #gotitfree

Save the night/or day for busy women

What a convenient product to save the night/day for busy women! When going out plans pop up suddenly, one spray and you're good to go. The hair does feel a little sticky after the spray, but the colour blends in beautifully and it covers the gray well. It is a little tricky to use at first - but with practice, it does get better. You will have to use your hand or a little brush to blend in with the rest of the hair. Maybe Schwarzkopf company can provide a better instruction, perhaps with illustration?

Probably wouldn't purchase again

I gave this a go. It sprayed on nice, covering only what I wanted it to. Lasted till next wash...2 days. No smelly odour. The color matched . It cleaned off the skin easily with soap and water. My issue was the feel of my hair afterwards. My hair felt like i had been through a sandstorm. It was not soft and manageable like it usually is. It's great in a pinch but don't think i will continue to use it.

I’ll stick to my unsightly roots

I received this product for free in return for an honest review. I received this in black, and while I gave naturally light hair, I regularly colour my hair black.

I did not enjoy the - I found the spray to be far too heavy, and I was unable to apply it evenly with the end result being patchy/spotty.

I would not purchase this in the future.

Easy to use product - make sure you protect your clothes!!

This product was quick and easy to use. It sprayed on evenly and didn't require a lot of layers. It was a quick spray, dried quickly and stayed for the day. Even though I combed my hair, styled it etc the color stayed. I was impressed!! I am proud that I was able to try this product for free.
