SCHWARZKOPF ROOT RETOUCHER

I've been dying my hair after noticing more grey hair. This is a convenient and simple spray to use on my roots when I don't have time to dye my hair. I have black hair so the coverage blended quite well. I would purchase in the future and have recommended it to friends as well to try.

Great!

I received the Schwarzkopf root retoucher in black for free to try from ChickAdvisor. First of all, this is an innovation product to make life easier, just like the dry shampoo. I have to admit that this is a great way for quick fix to my grey in between coloring. It blends in well to my black hair but it did take several tries on how to spray it right. Btw, there is no instruction on how to apply this on the label and I still don't know if I can spray on damp hair or not. I do hope that the color can last a few washes instead of one. Otherwise, this is a perfect product for a busy working mom.

Easy to use

This root retoucher is very user friendly. It was easy to apply. It did a great job retouching my roots.I intend to buy this whenever it goes on sale. It is a great product to have on hand.

Good in a Pinch!

I received this free from Chick Advisor to try out. I received the color in black. I naturally have dark brown hair sowhen my roots come through it's very noticeable. It can be a pain to dye my roots all the time, so when I don't have time or just don't feel like doing it, this root touch up came in extremely handy. It was fast, convenient and worked well as a temporary fix. I wouldn't suggest trying to use it for long term fixes, but for temporary it's great. Just what I needed

This is a great product for those who need a touch up but don't want a full on dye job. I love that it also covers my random grey hairs. It's easy to use. My mom even tried it and liked it. I would definitely buy this again.

May be nice but not for me

I got SCHWARZKOPF ROOT RETOUCHER in black free from chick Advisor for trying out. Find out if you are wearing scarf or hijab this product is not for you. You will get stains all over the scarf as its not permanent. And that doesnèt looks nice. So I will stick to permanent hair colours.

Relief of the Greys

I received a container of the #schwarzkopfrootretoucher from @chickadvisor to try.

The value of the product is much better than other competitors in the market place currently. So great value for the size.

I received black as the color for my greys. My hardest areas are my temple areas and the parting on the top of my head. The spray is really good and fairly accurate for applying. The color was 100% match to my natural color which was fantastic as you could not see the difference.

My apprehensions for the product are that 1) although it is quick and easy to apply to the hair, I am a glass wearer for reading and for work on my computer. The product does not adhere well and I found that each time I removed my glasses that a residue was left behind on them. This speaks to its longevity of staying put which I rate as poor.

Overall all though for the value and the fact that it is not messy and application is quick and easy this product works well for those quick fixes in a pinch.

If they could create a product that has better or longer lasting stay when initially put on, it would be an amazing product and one definitely that would become part of my hair routine rather than having to purchase hair coloring as often as I currently do.

For those who perhaps do not wear glasses or those whose grey is not in an area where touching is frequently done, this product would be fantastic in my opinion.

good coverage!

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the coverage was. It only took a couple sprays to cover up my roots. Although it was a little difficult to get the first couple of sprays out, it is really easy to use and does not make too much of a mess. It looks natural too which is a bonus (:

It's Convenient

I'd say overall, it's a good product. I'm so glad there's no overpowering odor. It's a bit darker than what I was expecting. But it's black, so maybe I was just unrealistic there. It does what it says. There's slight thinning of my hair at the temples, & it concealed that pretty well.

Definitely use the towel on your shoulders!
It does go on wet but dries quickly.
Covered my part where the sneaky silver hairs like to peak out.
No horrid smell which is a huge bonus.
Matched my hair colour well...black.
I would buy and recomend....now only if someone would develop an easy solution for permanent coverage!
