I have been using this for a few months now and it's the only laxative that actually works for me and trust me I have tried numerous ones in the past. Highly recommend this for anyone that needs relief. I take it at bedtime and works 1st thing in the morning. Its my only go to laxative!

This is a bulk forming laxative and not a stimulant laxative so it is a natural type remedy. It is super effective and I would use this again and again if required. It is gentle relief not overwhelming with cramping and extreme diarrhea. 1 or 2 taken at night and in the morning you will feel much better. They are under 10 dollars for a large bottle and you will have them on hand when they are required. I love them, they have always helped me when I was experiencing any constipation.

Senokot Natural Source Laxative says it will provide 'overnight relief' and it does! This is a good alternative to prescription laxatives, not at all hard on your 'guts' either. Just drink lots of water with it. 100 Senna tablets for about $10
