These may be a little large for some

The oil capsule looks quite large but I found this quite easy to swallow, however the equally large vitamin capsule has been a little more 'noticable' when swallowing occasionally. I generally have no issue with swallowing tablets so I am fine with these but I imagine for some people the size could be an issue. My hair does seem maybe a little shinier and feels fairly healthy (although it wasnt overly dull or unhealthy to start with there is maybe a slight improvement) overall I am happy with the product and I will continue to purchase them.
