Would never recommend

This product not only made my face feel super greasy afterwards but it made me break out way worse than I usually do I gave it a try for a month but it did nothing but irritate my skin.

Terrible product

Please stop using exfoliate products with the ingredient walnut, this will cause more damage for your skin then good. Plus the amount of fragrance.. this product would make your skin break out. PLEASE AVOID!

This product is awful!

This product is extremely rough and irritated my skin a lot!when I asked my dermatologist he said this was the worse thing you could use. I felt like it scrubbed off all my skin and legit left me with scratches. Will never buy again. Also the sent was underwhelming.

Harsh!!!!

That brand is no good for any type of skins. It is very rash and could damage your skin. I would get red and feel like my skin damaged. You need something that would do your skin very gentle!

this is the worst scrub ever it’s super irritating and harsh, not good for sensitive skin or even regular skin super damaging do not use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dermatologist does not recommend!

I used to use this stuff all the time. then I spoke to a dermatologist who told me it causes micro tears to the skin and can ruin your skin over time. I will never use it again!

Not even for feet....

This product is horrible, so harsh and made my skin really irritated! I wouldn’t even recommend using this on your feet lol. If you want a better recommendation have a look at chemical exfoliants such as HA’s rather than physical exfoliants like this one.

Please don’t use!

So I know everyone has used st ives once in their life! I mean who hasn’t? However, this is one of the worst things you could put onto your skin. The exfoliant inside is too hard and causes micro tears in the skin. I definitely would not recommend.

I wouldn't use: Even on my feet! Here's Why!

If you see this product RUN!!
This product has been kicking around way too long!! It uses ground walnut shells as the exfoliant to give you smooth skin. WELL there is a massive problem with this... the edges of these shells are very sharp! They scratch at the fine layers at the skin! This is why you will see way more redness when using this product then when using others! This product may be inexpensive but so are many others that are safe on the skin! Neutrogena, The Ordinary to name a few!
When using this exfoliant often I hear people say that it makes there skin 'feel' clean. When I ask further what they are saying is that their skin feels tightened after using it. This tightening effect means that the skin has been stripped of all natural oils called sebum. This is alarming as the skin will then go into panic mode so to speak and start producing sebum right away! Causing an overproduction of sebum! Which is often the reason people pick up an exfoliant to begin with. So in actuality this product is making your oil production worse which leads to more breakouts, more oil and more frustration.
Those sharp edges on the shells that I mentioned before, well they will scratch at blemishes and yes will remove dead skin but they will also tear at healthy skin as well. This can cause problems with healing which ultimately can cause scarring!
This product should never ever be used on the face EVER!! If you do have some left and want to get rid of it you can use it on your callouses on your feet. It is very close in texture to other foot scrubs in fact. But even other foot scrubs are not so careless as to use something so harmful and abrasive on the skin!

HORRIBLE

Physical exfoliates are terrible for your skin. I unfortunately did not know this in my youth and purchased this product. I ruined my skins barrier with the harsh physical exfoliant. Steer very far clear of this product please
