You would never know that there is apple in this cider. It is tart and not too sweet. Black current is the main note. It is nice as a treat to try and have once in a while but I wouldn't go for it on a regular basis

The flavour in this cider is strong and robust. The main flavour of this "dark fruit" cider is blackcurrant which is at the forefront. If it wasn't for the packaging telling me this product also contained apples I would have no idea as I could taste it at all. Although I am a fan of blackcurrants I think I would appreciate the flavour of that ingredient to be toned down a bit, or a bit more sweetness added. This is fairly tart from the currants and I guess the apples as well. I may purchase this product again but it wouldn't be one I would reach for on a regular basis.
