I got to try these out every day for a few weeks and I enjoy that each gummy tastes sweet, like berries, and its easy to chew. I leave them at my bedside table and take one every night before bed, and it helps with a really nice bedtime routine. I didn't find any immediate or drastic results but I did notice that I felt relaxed and found I had some pretty vivid dreams. Long term wise, I cannot say if it has helped with bones or muscle maintenance but it gives me good peace of mind that I'm supporting my overall health.

They say that the best supplements are the ones you actually take. These gummy vitamins are so easy to incorporate into my routine because they are tasty and enjoyable to eat.
