Exchange Policy is shady

Ordered a pair of leggings recently and was disappointed when they arrived. The pattern of the material gave the appearance of being upside down. The poor choice in cut has the skulls in the print upside down rather than right side up.

I was willing to give the leggings another try… I contacted customer service, who will not exchange the leggings - never worn, tags on, and straight out of the package
