A good alternative when other products not availab

I tried taking activated charcoal for upset stomach and bloating and found it not as effective as I had hoped. It did help a little but I would prefer to take something else that I find gives better results.

Worked for my mom wasn’t the biggest fan for me

Works for my mom when she’s eating a little too much ice cream. She is in her 50s. I am 32 and I however did not find it worked wouldn’t be my go to for those emergency moments and I would not suggest taking it every day.

Sometimes it works/sometimes it doesn't

After taking this for a while after more substantial meals, I'm kind of 50/50 on it. I find there are times when it seems to work for me and times when it doesn't. One thing I'm wondering if it plays a part in my case is the fact that I do not have a gallbladder, so I'm not sure if that plays a part in the times of its ineffectiveness. I do like that it's a natural remedy option and being that I'm a type 2 diabetic, I really like that it has no artificial flavours or sweeteners and gluten. I found the capsules easy to take and there was so after taste associated etc. I may need to just give it more of a longer chance but perhaps for someone who doesn't have the health related issues that I do, it would be a better option.

It might’ve help a little bit but could be just placebo. I did not notice a big difference in bloating or anything while taking it. I didn’t notice any side effects though

Personally it did nothing

I had high hopes for this and often look for natural remedies. Personally it had zero benefits whatsoever. Not saying it doesnt work just that everyone might have a different experience.

Kinda worked. Just not the right product for me.

The product helped relieved some excess gas. That said the aftertaste and overall size of the pill along side the fact that my issue isn’t severe, makes this a product I have no interest in buying.
