It helps my digestive function

I received Swiss Natural Activated Charcoal Capsules for free in change of my honest review. I have some digestive issues and always experience bloating after meals. If I lie down after eating, the gas in my stomach causes discomfort. I've never tried any medications or supplements for this. I'm glad to have tried this Swiss Natural Activated Charcoal Capsules. I can feel it has helped my digestive function somewhat, and I rarely experience bloating pain anymore. Swiss Natural is a decent brand. Thank you! @thisisbutterly

Effective and natural product!

I am impressed with these activated charcoal capsules! I am pleasantly surprised at how effective they are at reducing my bloating. I like that you can use multiple capsules per day as required. Unfortunately, the capsules are quite large, which wasn’t an issue for me but I can see it being troublesome for those who have a hard time swallowing pills. I also wish that it was a fully vegan product, rather than using gelatin to package the charcoal.

Not as effective as omeprazole

No, not really. I used to take omeprazole and honestly this one doesn't really made a difference but I will keep trying and will give it a shot one more time

Pretty effective

It reduced my bloating and discomfort after eating especially since I have gerd. However, it’s not as effective as some other brands I’ve tried. Overall, it’s pretty good for relief after a big meal and it’s really easy to take.

Not bad and not uncomfortable

It did help, seemed to have it stuffed bad and one pill, instant notice and no discomfort. I would recommend and will be looking at how much it is to potentially get more.

A product that actually helps

I have always had a bad memory when it comes to taking supplements and vitamins.
But I must admit , this product made it easier because it actually helped me with bloating and a just overall sick feeling that I get regularly.
When things actually helped alleviate something awful it’s so much easier to take it- because let’s get real , who actually enjoys feeling like garbage 247 ? I sure don’t .
I spend a lot of time researching supplements and products to see what would work best overall for everything I suffer with and to be completely straight up , this one actually hits multiple struggles. And the best part about it , it helped my boyfriend with his acid reflux which was super exciting because he doesn’t like taking medication but he will gladly take this if his symptoms get out of hand .

Some relief

I took this after a heavier than normal meal and feel some relief after taking this product so overall it did reduce discomfort after my meal. I will definitely give this product another try in the future.
