Easy to take

It was very easy to make this product part of my daily routine however I am not sure if it made any difference in the way I felt to be honest. The capsules were very easy to take and only need 2 after each meal. I absolutely love how it is a natural remedy using coconut activated charcoal. I may not have noticed a difference but it does work for others and is worth trying. I didn't experience any side effects.

Great all natural remedy for bloating

I was sceptical of trying these activated charcoal capsules by Swiss natural however, I was pleasantly surprised with how well they helped with bloating in the fast relief after meals, especially heavy meals. It’s been a great addition to my everyday life.

It works!

Taken when feeling bloated and full of gas, symptoms of indigestion. Within the hour the uncomfortable feeling had lessened and my stomach was much more normal. Before this product I would have needed to wait through the night before the discomfort passed naturally

Helps with Bloating

This is my first time taking activated charcoal. Overall it did help with digestion and bloating. I didnt find they worked every time, so overall they did help. The pills were a bit larger than i like. I would purchase again.

Natural solution to relieve bloating

I didn’t know the benefits of activated charcoal for digestion until I tried these capsules. It’s made from hundred percent coconut source activated charcoal which helps relieve bloating, pressure and gas pains. I love trying natural products or remedies for everyday health issues. This one definitely fits the bill.

Great product. Easy to take. And helped so much in relieving unwanted excessive gas. Would recommend to anyone who has pain from stomach issues. Great !

I suffer from bloating from some of the food I eat on a regular basis. Who doesn’t? The capsules work very well to reduce the pressure and bloating I get from broccoli, chickpeas and other beans and dairy products, even the small amount of powdered milk in hot chocolate powder.

Works on Gas and Heartburn

When using this product I found not only did take my gas and bloating away, but it also helped get rid my severe heartburn quickly. My husband also used it on his gas and bloating issues and found it made a world of difference.. We both agree that this product works on more than gas and bloating but heartburn too. I would definitely purchase thus product. I received this product to use and review.

What a lifesaver over the holidays

I had a flu through the holiday season, man did this charcoal pills come in handy. My digestion was off and I really wanted to enjoy all the dishes you only get at this time of year, so I used the charcoal after bigger meals or indulgent ‘treats’ and I had no indigestion at all. The capsules are easy to swallow and I found no irritation or side effects, just a happy tummy. Thumbs up from me.

Definitely works for me!

I’ve been dealing with bloating from adenomyosis and IBS, and this actually helps! I'm quite impressed I carry it with me when I'm out incase I need it. I take it after meals, and it noticeably eases that tight, gassy feeling without making me feel off. Super simple, natural, and I like that it’s coconut based. Definitely a handy little helper for when my stomach’s being dramatic.
