I was given the chance to try Swiss Natural® Activated Charcoal Capsules to help with some now and again bloat/gas. These capsules are a dietary supplement made from 100% coconut-sourced activated charcoal designed to support digestive comfort by reducing excess gas and bloating. A preferred natural alternative for gas. The capsules are free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, dairy, gluten, corn, soy, wheat, and yeast (but contain gelatin). Adults (and children 12+) can take about 2 capsules after meals or as needed for gas relief and may repeat after 2 hours.

Sometimes if I've had an off eating day, taken too long between meals, or just not eaten the right thing I found these tablets effectively reduced gas, bloating, and uncomfortable fullness after those same meals. It helped me to feel lighter. The tablets are easy to swallow and fit well into my daily routine. I would only use this occasionally as needed. You should also avoid taking near other medications as charcoal can bind drugs and reduce their effects if taken too close together - which hasn't been an issue for me be something to note.
