Helps with bloating

I received this Swiss Natural Activated Charcoal Capsules for free. Have been using charcoal capsules for a week now. I found after taking it with my meals, my bloating gone down. Wish the capsules were little smaller but overall it's not too bad.

Thank you, Butterly, for allowing me to try the Swiss Natural activated charcoal capsules. I have taken then when needed, there are many days when I feel so bloated and full of gas, many times while sitting at my desk at work, it sure makes for an uncomfortable situation.
I found these capsules work very well! It does exactly what it says. It worked well for my bloating. I also like that it works fast, and it’s a convenience, safe and natural approach. The easy to take capsules can be thrown in my purse so that I can have them on hand when needed.
I now have better work days when I took these after my lunch. The afternoon is good.
The fact that no added preservatives, artificial colours, or flavours are added sure make it number #1 on my list. I will definitely buy more of these when I run out.

It was helpful after heavy meal especially. I have been using it for a week now. I think it was helpful. My doctor didn't think I should be taking it as I am on other medications for other things. I feel less bloated then before though. I would definitely consult your doctor before taking for long period of time. If your looking for fast relief for a short period of a time, then yes definitely try this product.

Very effective!

Helpful for sure

Swiss Natural has some super effective charcoal capsules that aid in reducing bloating and gas. Two capsules after eating to help with that overstuffed feeling as well. My partner said it helped calm stomach activity. One thing I dislike is the black dust residue on fingers or anywhere capsules touch. Aside from that, greatly recommend to help with bloating or gas.

I find a product made a difference when I felt uncomfortable after eating a large meal. It usually would kick in within a half hour to an hour post meal sometimes I would forget to take them but most of the time if I’m aware of how uncomfortable I am, I know that I have them available.
