I really like it. Bloating/ collecting excessive gas was really concerning after every meal of mine. After taking these capsules, I find it lighter on my stomach ( with your regular moderate eating).
With the first few capsules I felt uncomfortable for a little bit until you get used to, but I don't have that anymore after a couple of capsules.
This is activated charcoal and I like natural ingredients specifically if you are planning to take these for a long time.
