This product is quick and effective at relieving bloating and horrible gas pains. The "puffiness" around your belly goes away too. It provides stomach relief within the hour when you take 2 capsules in my opinion. Compared to similar products, it's the best value for your money. Did you know that there is no artificial flavour or colours, no preservatives, no dairy, no corn, no soy, no gluten, no wheat or yeast. AND! There’s evidence that activated charcoal has been used by healers since 1500 BC - this was an interesting fact to me. Great to have on hand!

Neutralized foul smelling gas and discomfort

I have never used activated charcoal for my abdominal discomfort before so this is a new experience for me. I have always used digestive enzymes from swiss natural to prevent indigestion due to red meat which is common for me. Worried at first if it has any side effects but it did not give me any side effects. Plus the best thing is, it is effective in neutralizing fould smelling gas then eventually treats the bloating and being gassy. It somehow helped with the cramping/discomfort associated with gas. I think it is a very handy medication to have at home. Fun fact, it is a first aid treatment for tylenol overdose.

Excellent product

I’ve been using this Activated Charcoal for a little while now, and it’s become something I like to keep on hand, especially after heavier meals. Helps with my G.E.R.D

I take this everyday after my meals and it has reduced the amount of times I've had to take my actual medication for my G.E.R.D that I suffer from, which is nice because protein pump inhibitors are not kind to you long term and I've had to use them for about 13 years now. So anything to reduce the amount I have to take is a plus in my books.

Holidays Cheerful again

My tummy is a little sensitive and with all the holiday indulging I usually end up in a lot of pain. Swiss naturals activated charcoal helped alleviate the discomfort quickly as well as the minimizing the bloating!

Amazing Swiss Natural Charcoal Caps aid Digestion

I am an advocate for holistic remedies; I use vitamins and supplements whenever possible.
I love these Swiss Natural Activated Charcoal Capsules! I received the bottle as a sample to try out and provide my feedback.
To provide a little perspective, I have had a digestive problem for years and have been using a medication. Like anything one may intake over a prolonged time, it will have side effects, especially from a pharmaceutical medicine.
I was thrilled to try this activated charcoal product as a new holistic solution.
Usually, I experience intense heartburn and bloating every day; the choice was obvious to try another option such as Activated Charcoal. I chose to take 2 capsules after each meal for 2-3 days in a row and found that my heartburn was eliminated. Result!
I experienced little or no heartburn and enjoyed the relief from the Swiss Natural Activated Charcoal Capsules.
Now, I have a healthier solution to my heartburn / digestive issues.

My stomach didn't sign up for this holiday season.

I used @swissnatural Activated Charcoal capsules during the holidays when indulging… because my stomach did NOT sign up for Christmas portions, unlimited desserts, or trying to function while recovering from the flu.
