I took this after a heavier than normal meal and feel some relief after taking this product so overall it did reduce discomfort after my meal. I will definitely give this product another try in the future.

Interesting, and intriguing. Definitely works

Very easy to incorporate into my day. I was pleased to find that it relieved my symptoms, without any negatives. A very simple thing, but had quite positive results. Really helped relieve the bloating and pain associated with digestion.

Worked good

I love cheese, but always find myself on the toilet for hours after. This helped me find relief and comfort, it eliminated gas roughly a half hour after trying it. Now I take it prior to meals that I know will give me an upset stomach.

Works Fast for Bloating!!

I received this product for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. I get bloated very easily, especially after eating vegetables, and these capsules have really helped control that. They do a great job of settling my stomach and making me feel much more comfortable after meals. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have a bad taste. I like that it's a natural way to help with my digestion. I would definitely recommend these if you struggle with gas or bloating like I do.

Good to have on hand, quick and effective

I enjoyed that this product was natural and only has one ingredient, which is activated charcoal, so I know what I am ingesting. It was easy and quick to take and works within a good amount of time for gas and bloating relief. It's good to have on hand for random moments of bloating, which I am prone to. Immediate Relief from bloating

I got this as a trial product mostly for bloating and didn’t expect much, but it actually helped more than I thought it would. I noticed less pressure and that uncomfortable full feeling, esp after bigger meals. It’s not something I take every day, just when I feel off, and it’s been useful to have around. No stomach issues for me and it didn’t feel harsh or anything. I’ll probably keep buying it.

Gassy Holiday

received the Swiss Naturel Activated Carbon Capsules as a free sample from Butterly, and the timing couldn’t have been better with the holiday season in full swing. With all the rich meals and treats, I was curious to see if these capsules would help keep my digestion on track.
They were easy to take, and I appreciated the natural approach. However, my experience wasn’t entirely positive. After using them, I actually felt more bloated and gassy than usual, which made it tough to continue taking them regularly. Of course, everyone reacts differently, so this might not be the case for everyone.
Overall, I’m glad I had the chance to try them through Butterly, especially during such a food-heavy time of year, but based on how my body reacted, they’re probably not the right fit for me.
