I LOVE THESE!

Swiss Natural - Activated Charcoal capsules (260 MG) was an absolute god send to recieve. I struggle so much with gas , bloating , pressure and pain. I've got so many health problems and medications that are hard on my gut and brain health. I went into a burping and pain fit the day I recieved these to try, review and post about. I instantly took 2 capsules and within 15 minutes my gas and pain had stopped completely. I almost cried with how quickly the relief came. I have tried so many other things to help cease these visiting occurrences that happen more frequent than I would like. Now I don't worry about it. I wake up and take them before I take all other medications and don't have any episodes during the day. I also take one before bed. New home staple

This product is something that I never owned before, but I am glad that I do now. Activated charcoal is great to get rid of bloating after a meal. If you feel discomfort after eating something you know your body will react badly to, you can take two of these pills to easy any discomfort you know is coming your way. Its also good to remove toxins from your body. The activated charcoal absorbs it all, binds to it, and expels it from your system. It is made from 100% coconut-sourced activated charcoal which is easilg digestable. I would recommend this product to anyone doing a cleanse or if you suffer from a lot of blating or gas.

Great for my digestion

I have always take activated charcoal when I had stomach aches, ate something off, etc. as a kid and it's a popular remedy in Russia, so I was happy to find it here and in an easy to take format. I think it's good to take once in a while and a perfect natural addition to my wellness routine.

May help some, but caused GI upset for me

I was really excited to try the Swiss Natural Charcoal capsules to help with occasional digestive issues. I imagine it works really well for some people but unfortunately I found each time I took the capsules it caused GI upset and worse bloating.

I take 2 capsules after a heavy meal and found that it helped me relieve some bloating. Easy to swallow and not hard to remember as I leave it with my other vitamins that I take at meal times.

Activated Charcoal

I have used the Activated Charcoal in my daily routine for awhile now. Im finding that yes it does help my digestive system and cuts down the bloating feeling.

Keep a few with me

I put a few of these charcoal capsules in my pill case that I carry in my purse. I don't. use it regularly but on a need basis. It helps with excess gas and digestion after large meals.

Belly bloat be gone

These work wonders. My belly bloat and uncomfortable tummy were helped with these so much. These didn't taste bad and are easy to swallow. Not overly large.
