Taking control of my health naturally

My current health status required that I do something to control my cholesterol levels. At almost 60 years old taking yet more medically prescribed pills was not an option I wanted to take. Swiss natural ChoLESSterol with Vegapure and no preservatives, was the perfect option for me. Taking 1 or 2 capsules 2x a day was easy to do and to incorporate into my regular routine. I am excited that simply taking these natural capsules daily will work to reduce my total cholesterol levels up to 6%! I am taking control of my healthy my way naturally! The gelly capsules are easy to take, they're just a right size for people who have trouble swallowing big pills; they are tasteless and don't leave aftertaste. I've been using it for just a month and it's too early to say if it did lower cholesterol yet - my next blood work is a couple of months away. I did have a bit of stomach problems for about a week when I started using it but it went away and now I'm tolerating the pills way better.
There no instructions if it should be taken with food and I tried both ways - after meal it's tolerated better. I like that a person can decide on a dosage to make adjustments based on desired effect and if there are any side effects.

Chloessterol with Vegapure was received as a free trial product from Swiss Natural. It was easy to incorporate 1 capsule twice a day - but to see real effects it would require 2 capsules twice a day which meant that the bottle of 50 would only last about 10 days and it may take up to two weeks to see an effect.
I personally have dietary restrictions against soft gel capsules so probably will not repurchase this product and will focus on dietary choices to manage personal cholesterol levels.

Effective product

I have used this product for almost a month and I am writing this review after my blood work done.
My bad cholesterol is still at higher scale but good cholesterol is maintained well. So i can recommend this product after consulting your doctor only. Positive is that I didn’t saw any spike in my cholesterol levels since I started consuming these tablets.

No strange taste, easy to swallow!

These are a convenient pill to take ruggt after a meal. I have some trouble swallowing large pills but these were smooth, soft, and easy to get down. No weird aftertaste!

Lowered my numbers

I had just had my cholesterol level done & my numbers were in need of starting a statin .
I asked her to give me time to try Swiss Cholessterol first & give me a chance !
Well it worked in bringing it down , sadly not enough to not start a statin although as my doctor says “ its my genetics” .

I found this product helped maintain a healthy cholesterol levels.
Taken daily combined with proper eating habits has meant I no longer need prescription drugs to lower my cholesterol levels

Natural choice

Quite impressed with the product, find them easy to swallow amidst the size. Haven’t had my cholesterol checked yet to see if they are working but I’m feeling that they are.

I would definitely recommend Swiss Natural ChoLessterol if your looking for a more natural way to lower your cholessterol. I found that within a week of taking my grandmothers cholessterol was more stabilized. Definitely a great product!
