Nostalgic but not entertaining enough

Got the Tetris board game (gifted for review) and gave it a whirl. Nostalgic? Yes. Fun? Ehh… not so much. You can’t rotate the pieces like in the digital version, so it’s basically a game of “watch everything not fit.” The grid design? Let’s just say it’s got commitment issues, pieces get stuck and refuse to leave.

They tried to spice things up with a card system and some competitive chaos, which was cute… but not enough to save it. Glad we tried it for the throwback vibes, but we won’t be stacking it on game night again.
