The best

I heard about this product in a vegan recipe book, so I decided to give it a try. The taste is wonderful. I use it in a Thai recipe I make often. The packaging is convenient, as it can be resealed in the glass jar and placed in the fridge.

This is my go to curry paste. It is vegan which is often hard to find. I love the authentic flavour. It is great on it's own to make currys, soups and sauces, but also works well with a variety of other spices and flavours. This is not a super spicy (hot) paste, which is great for those with sensitive palettes. Unlike other pastes you don't require a whole lot in order for flavour payoff. The small jar lasts much longer than expected and it doesn't go moldy, or sour when left in closed in the fridge.
