Love it

This is the best mask I have ever used, leaves the skin feeling so soft after it rinses off. My stubborn blackheads that I get on my nose have all vanished. My skin looks better than it has in years, only sorry I didn't find it sooner.

Not for dry skin types!

This product is decent and dries very quickly, which I like. However if you have normal-to-dry skin this makes it so dry you can see and feel it pulling at the skin. It would be amazing for oily skin! It works well but would prefer it to be smoother. Prepare to moisturize after! Leaves skin very clean and smooth. Cannot wait to try all the others!

Love this mask

I found it a bit difficult to spread but it went on well. It smells nice and dried fast. Rinsing with a circular motion did some exfoliation as well. My skin felt so soft afterwards with no tightness. I will definitely buy this again.

Attention, ça risque d'être douloureux

J'ai beaucoup aimé ce masque. Toutefois, soyez prévenue, les premières applications étaient douloureuses. En effet, à certains endroits sur mon visage, ça chauffait beaucoup, par contre, cela dure quelques minutes seulement. Après l’utilisation, la peau est vraiment douce et j'ai remarqué une bonne sensation de fraîcheur. Finalement, je crois qu'il vaut mieux attendre des promotions, car le masque à prix régulier est un peu élevé.

Great mask

This is a purifying glow mask. It spreads really nice and has a little bit of grittiness to it. It stays on the face for 5-10 minutes and than washes off. When washing off, you use circular motion while rinsing becase it acts like an exfoliant too. My skin felt nice and soft afterwards.

Amazing Quick Fix Mask

I love to try different face masks. I was recommended by a sales lady at the Body shop when I went in to look for a good mask. She mentioned to try the sample pack which had 3 different types. Today I tried the charcoal mask and within 5-10minutes of it being on my face it started to dry so quick. Compared to other masks I have to wait 20-30minutes. My skin felt so smooth and fresh.

Finally found a cruelty-free Glamgow: Supermud dupe!

Ever since trying out the Glamglow: Supermud Clearing Mask, I have been committed to find a cruelty-free dupe. After hours of research, I decided to try the Body Shop's Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask. I must say, I am impressed, and I am calling DUPE on this product! Just like Glamglow, it dries lighter, with little spots around your pores where the mud is settling into the more oily parts of your skin. It was a little more difficult to take off, and if you have sensitive skin, I suggest you wet it over and over until you can gentle peel it away with your fingernail. But if you don't mind the rough, exfoliating properties of the mask, then you could just scrub! I am so happy to have found this, and it just goes to show that you don't necessarily need to feel deprived by going cruelty-free! :)

This is a wonderful product.

Was quite alarmed the first time I tried this. The tingling sensation was significantly more than I've ever experienced to the point where I felt my face was burning or having a super bad reaction to the mask.

I wish the charcoal bits were more fine so they could be evenly distributed.

As the mask dried, it made my face feel stiff. I could see the drying mask pulling at my skin.

As expected with clay masks, messy sink.

Despite the less than stellar experience, the result was fantastic. My skin was refreshed, smoother, and clearer. Pores were significantly minimized.

I got a free sample from the company and once using it I became an instant fan. I love how my face feels after applying this mask. It leaves my face feeling soft and it looks like I have little-to-no pores. This is a great product and will be buying again. Loves it!

I am SO glad I saw the Facebook post for free samples of this mask and the rose mask. Both of them are fantastic and I can't believe I've been able to wait this long to use my samples! The directions recommend leaving the himalayan charcoal mask on for 5-10 minutes, but after about 7 minutes my face was extremely taut, so I washed it off. You could see every pore in my T-Zone and it was really effective at purifying and exfoliating my skin. I followed it with the British Rose Fresh Plumping Face Mask to rehydrate the other areas of my skin. Will likely be purchasing a full size pot once I've finished some other products.
