I love carrot cake, its my favorite :) and to try these tasty snacks was just awesome. Just enough for that craving but not too much for the guilt. The perfect sweet snack for me!!

Nice little carrot cakes with a strip of icing. I am not a lover of a lot of icing and this is just thr right amount to add some sweetness. The cake itself is small and moist. Just a few bites and you are done. These are great to add to lunches.
