We decided to bbq some tandoori paneer along with green peppers. We first marinated them with yogurt and masala and bbq them to perfection. They turned out so delicious, making our meal an occasion to remember.

The Vermont Castings 3 burner bbq was much easier to set up than I expected. I was a bit intimidated at first, but the instructions were really easy to follow and my husband and I put together in only a couple of hours. It is easy to use and I love that it has the two side “counters” so you can have everything at your finger tips. It has a sleek design and fits perfectly on our terrace.

We adore this bbq. It was a bit of work to assemble but VERY much worth it. We loved our dinner and everything was just so amazing. Quality is great. It looks overall very nice. Material is easy to clean. So good!! 10/10
